The 3rd pillar of carbon credit quality: safeguards

Linda is a political and legal advisor specialized in international law, environmental policy and human rights. She has more than 16 years of experience in different sectors ranging from government, law firms, NGOs and consulting firms. Before joining Calyx Global, Linda worked for the permanent mission of Mexico to the United Nations in Geneva. 

Jill is an independent social and environmental consultant and specializes in working with investors and lenders to understand and mitigate political, social, and environmental risks. With over 30 years of global consulting experience at both corporate and project levels, she has provided her expertise to various companies and held a senior role as a social and environmental specialist within the World Bank’s political risk insurance arm (MIGA) and the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank (FMO).

Jacob coordinates the due diligence, market intelligence and portfolio governance functions in addition to overseeing the innovation portfolio. Prior to the current position at VCP, he worked for over ten years in a variety of consulting roles covering topics within the voluntary and compliance carbon markets, as well as in impact assessment and project certification.

Donna has worked on climate change for nearly two decades. She is currently on the ICVCM's Expert Panel and the SBTi's Technical Advisory Group. She was formerly at the State Department where, among other duties, she served as a climate change negotiator for the United States.
